Internship In Small PR Consultancy - Warsaw, Poland

A 4-month internship, from June 2008 to October 2008, exists for a fourth or fifth year (Junior or Senior year) university student seeking experience in a dynamic public relations firm working directly with senior consultants on projects for multinational non-profit and franchise clients.  This opportunity can result in the offer of a full-time position as a junior consultant with the firm in October based upon the intern's demonstrated capabilities and desire over the four month period.

The Intern shall be fluently bilingual, Polish and English, both in written and oral communication and have a complete understanding of Polish culture within the context of the Republic of Poland.  The intern will have excellent working knowledge of MS. Power Point, MS Word and a basic working knowledge of MS Excel Spreadsheet for the purpose of creating and managing correspondence between the Corporation and all its many publics.  A working familiarity of PDF document creation and distribution is also a requirement.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
·   Writing and delivering all correspondence between the corporation and its publics, including electronic format transmissions (i.e. email, PDF, etc.);
·   Corresponding with potential clients by telephone, and asking specific standardized questions for data research purposes;
·   Searching the Internet for competitors’ communication and offers,
·   Researching and monitoring the Polish PR and PR training markets;
·   Creating and delivering proposals of service (offer letters) for clients;
·   Creating marketing support and collateral material;
·   Creating sales presentations for clients;
·   Reading and comprehending all student course material;
·   Creating presentations for training services;
·   Marking and grading student coursework against a score sheet;
·   Creating bilingual PDF documents for electronic distribution
